Ondago Cloud may appear as Secure Cloud in your installed app.
Ondago works in your phone’s browser. You can also add it to your home screen to open it like an app.
Open Ondago and sign in#
- On your phone, open app.ondago.ai in Safari on iPhone or Chrome on Android. If your team uses a different Ondago address, open that address instead.
- Sign in with the same account you use on your computer. Use Sign in if you already have an account.
- Complete the verification shown on your phone. Enter the emailed code or your authenticator code when requested. Use the latest email code for this sign-in; request another only when needed.
- Select the same workspace as on your computer.
A session link or QR code opens the session’s address. It does not replace account sign-in or workspace access.
Open your encrypted workspace#
A registered phone may receive workspace access from an online device that already has it. Keep your signed-in computer online while this finishes. If Ondago asks for your workspace recovery passphrase, use the passphrase you saved in your recovery kit. It may differ from your account password.
Follow the prompt shown in Ondago. If you cannot unlock the workspace, see workspace key access and recovery guidance.
Add Ondago to your iPhone home screen#
- Open your Ondago address in Safari.
- Open Safari’s Share menu and choose Add to Home Screen. If it is missing, look in Edit Actions.
- If shown, enable Open as Web App, then tap Add.
- Open Ondago using its new home-screen icon. Complete sign-in or workspace access again if prompted.
Menu placement varies by iOS version. Apple’s home-screen instructions.
Add Ondago to your Android home screen#
- Open your Ondago address in Chrome.
- Open Chrome’s menu, choose Add to home screen, then Install when offered.
- Follow the installation prompt and open Ondago from its icon.
The wording can vary by browser version. Google’s web-app installation instructions.
Find and open your sessions#
- On your computer, open the session in Ondago Desktop. Use its Session link to open the same session on your phone, or scan the QR code when shown.
- Alternatively, open Sessions on your phone and select the session in the same workspace.
- Read the conversation and send your next message when the session’s connection supports it.
For a session running on your computer, keep that computer awake, online, and hosting the session. A saved snapshot or synced reading copy lets you read earlier work but does not run the agent. To continue while the computer is offline, complete a supported transfer to Ondago Cloud first.
Using only the CLI? Follow Drive a local session from your phone.
Check provider usage#
View planned changes for Check provider usage. Availability depends on the released app and host versions.
If something is missing#
- No sessions: check the account, workspace, and active filters. Open the exact Session link from your computer.
- Computer offline: wake it, check its connection, and keep the hosting process running. Installing the phone app does not move the agent off your computer.
- Workspace locked: keep an authorized device online or use the recovery prompt. Signing in alone does not decrypt the workspace.
- No home-screen option: open the address directly in Safari or Chrome instead of an email or messaging app’s embedded browser.
- Asked to verify again: a different browser, home-screen app, or cleared browser storage can require registration again. Keep your recovery kit outside the phone’s browser.
