Pricing questions

Is Free / Personal a trial?

No. Free / Personal is designed for everyday use. Remote control of local sessions and session review stay unlimited, alongside the included cloud allowance. Install Ondago and follow the setup steps to get started.

What is an Always On session?

An Always On session is an automatically updated, encrypted copy of a supported coding session and its project files. Once enabled, Ondago saves updates after the agent finishes a turn, so you can continue from the last saved point in the cloud when your computer is offline. Your allowance counts sessions kept ready, not agents running 24/7. Cloud work starts only when you choose to continue and uses your cloud runtime allowance. Always On requires workspace enablement and a supported agent.

Can I subscribe to a paid plan now?

Pro, Team, Enterprise and hour packs are coming soon. The prices and allowances shown are a preview of the planned plans. You can start with Free / Personal today.

How are cloud hours counted?

The planned runtime model counts each running session separately. Three sessions running for one hour use three cloud hours. Parked, suspended and approval-waiting time will not draw from the pool. Local sessions do not use cloud runtime.

How will Team pooling work?

Each seat adds 250 cloud hours per month to a shared workspace pool. A two-person team will have 500 hours to share. Team starts at two seats.

Is Agent Collaboration included in Free?

Yes. Agent Collaboration is included in Free / Personal and every plan in the next release, with a supported session host. It does not require a paid plan.

Are AI model costs included?

You bring your own supported agent credentials. Your agent provider handles any model charges separately from Ondago cloud runtime.
